Hotel Driver

JOB OVERVIEW

Accor is recruiting a Hotel Driver for Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role provides safe, reliable and professional transportation for hotel guests, VIPs, management and colleagues while maintaining luxury-hospitality service standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Transport guests, VIPs, executives and colleagues safely to and from the hotel, airport and other designated locations.
• Provide professional airport-transfer and hotel transportation services.
• Assist guests with luggage and personal belongings when required.
• Drive hotel vehicles safely and in compliance with UAE traffic laws and hotel safety policies.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads, airports, business districts, attractions and other key destinations.
• Inspect assigned vehicles before and after shifts and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Keep vehicles clean, presentable, fueled and ready for service.
• Maintain accurate vehicle-usage, mileage, fuel and transportation records where required.
• Support Concierge and Front Office teams with transportation arrangements.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding guests, VIPs, management and hotel operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Valid UAE driving license.
• Previous experience as a hotel driver, chauffeur, limousine driver or similar role; luxury-hotel experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads and surrounding areas.
• Excellent driving record and strong knowledge of UAE traffic regulations.
• Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and strong customer-service skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, early mornings and late nights.
• Physically able to assist guests with luggage when required.
• Experience serving VIP guests or within luxury hospitality is highly desirable.
