JOB OVERVIEW
AccorHotels is recruiting a Chef de Partie in Baghdad to lead an assigned kitchen section and deliver consistent food quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run the assigned kitchen section and prepare dishes to approved standards.
- Guide junior kitchen staff and maintain food-safety and hygiene requirements.
- Support menu execution, inventory control and food-cost management.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Approximately 3–5 years of professional kitchen experience at Chef de Partie or comparable level.
- Strong culinary technique, food-safety knowledge and team-leadership ability.
