Governance, Risk & Compliance Specialist

JOB OVERVIEW

Aramco is recruiting a Governance, Risk & Compliance Specialist for its Digital & IT Strategy & Investment Department within Saudi Arabia. The role supports governance frameworks, risk and compliance management across Aramco Digital & IT and group companies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and maintain governance aligned with industry standards and best practices.
• Build team capability through training, assessment and professional-certification guidance.
• Prepare executive-level governance, risk and compliance reports and presentations.
• Develop governance project charters, roles, strategies, communication protocols, schedules and change-management plans.
• Design and implement COBIT and IT-governance frameworks.
• Conduct cost-benefit and gap analyses and define governance KPIs.
• Assess IT performance and maturity and develop improvement targets.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or an equivalent relevant degree.
• More than 20 years of Digital & IT governance experience, including at least 10 years developing and deploying COBIT and D&IT governance frameworks.
• More than 10 years of experience deploying D&IT projects and providing D&IT consultation and training.
• Employer lists multiple professional certifications including COBIT Design and Implementation, Change Management, PRINCE2, ISO 27001, AgilePM, ITIL 4 and CMMI credentials.
