Job description
JOB OVERVIEW
Halliburton is recruiting a Technical Professional HSE in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia, to support implementation and continuous improvement of Health, Safety and Environment systems, policies, procedures and compliance programs across operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support implementation of global Product Service Line, regional and support-function HSE strategies, policies, procedures and processes.
- Assist with implementation and oversight of the integrated management system and relevant industry-standard requirements.
- Serve as a technical or procedural HSE advisor to functional and operational counterparts as required.
- Provide leadership and coaching to support continuous HSE performance improvement.
- Assist in developing and implementing procedures that support compliance with applicable standards, requirements and best practices.
- Participate in planning, proposal review, hazard identification, risk management, incident investigation, causal analysis and performance assessments.
- Interface with business development, operations teams, clients, subcontractors and regulatory agencies on HSE requirements.
- Maintain site-specific compliance programs and conduct audits against applicable requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Undergraduate study in an HSE-related field, Science or Engineering.
- 5 years of relevant experience.
