Telephone Operator

JOB OVERVIEW

AccorHotels is recruiting a Telephone Operator in Baghdad to manage guest calls and hotel communication through the PBX system.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer and route guest calls accurately and professionally.
• Handle messages, wake-up calls and guest requests and coordinate follow-up with hotel departments.
• Support complaint handling and maintain service standards during assigned shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualification is an advantage.
• PBX, telephone or guest-service experience is preferred.
• Good English communication and flexibility to work shifts.
