JOB OVERVIEW

Radisson Hotel Group is recruiting a Receptionist for Radisson Dubai DAMAC Hills. The role supports the complete guest journey at the front desk and helps deliver smooth, welcoming and efficient hotel service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome guests and support check-in and check-out activities.
• Respond to guest needs with patience, empathy and a service-focused approach.
• Help maintain smooth front-office operations.
• Resolve routine guest issues and escalate when needed.
• Work closely with colleagues to maintain strong guest satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Flexible, positive and service-oriented attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability.
• Strong teamwork and verbal-communication skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.
