JOB OVERVIEW
AccorHotels is recruiting a Hostess in Baghdad to manage guest reception, seating and front-of-house coordination.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome guests and manage reservations, seating flow and table allocation.
- Answer telephone inquiries and communicate guest requests to the service team.
- Support resolution of guest concerns while maintaining hospitality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong English communication; Arabic is desirable.
- Professional interpersonal skills and flexibility to work hospitality schedules.
