JOB OVERVIEW

Jumeirah is recruiting food-and-beverage service professionals in Dubai to deliver personalized luxury hospitality and support smooth daily restaurant and outlet operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver attentive and personalized service throughout the guest dining experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to requests.
• Support daily outlet setup, service and closing activities.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organization.
• Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere and work closely with culinary and service colleagues.
• Follow luxury-service and operational standards consistently.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• 1–2 years of experience in the same or a similar role within a five-star luxury hotel.
• Strong communication and guest-interaction skills.
• Fluent English; an additional language, including Russian or another European language, is desirable.
• Genuine interest in hospitality and guest service.
