Service Leader-Cementing

JOB OVERVIEW

Halliburton is recruiting a Service Leader-Cementing in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia, to lead operational cementing teams and support safe, high-quality service delivery at customer wellsites. The role combines crew leadership, pre-job planning, HSE compliance, service-quality improvement and customer engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with PDC and Human Resources to support hiring and development of operational staff.
• Establish development plans for assigned team members and complete applicable performance and competency assessments.
• Review cement job plans with technical professionals and crews before mobilization, addressing equipment and operational concerns.
• Supervise cementing-service delivery in accordance with customer requirements, Halliburton HSE procedures, the Halliburton Management System and approved job plans.
• Lead pre- and post-job safety meetings and review crew performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Apply cementing expertise to resolve equipment and job-execution issues.
• Review service-quality metrics and support improvements in HSE performance, equipment utilization, cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong customer relationships at the wellsite and support resolution of operational issues within approved authority.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Supervisor or Service Specialist.
