JOB OVERVIEW

Accor is hiring a Receptionist in Ras Al Khaimah to provide customer service, manage appointments and calls, maintain records and support smooth reception operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer and route calls and provide accurate customer information.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain daily records.
• Manage reception-area presentation, files and office supplies.
• Support customers with service questions and administrative processes.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years related experience or training preferred.
• Strong customer-service and organizational skills.
• Additional language skills, particularly Russian or German, are an asset.
