JOB OVERVIEW
Marriott International is recruiting an HVAC Technician for The Ritz-Carlton Bahrain. The role is responsible for inspection, repair and maintenance of HVAC, refrigeration and related mechanical and electrical systems supporting hotel operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspect, repair and maintain HVAC, air-quality-control and refrigeration equipment.
- Conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant and monitor property temperature.
- Monitor and analyze energy and utilities usage.
- Calibrate controls, gauges, meters and related equipment.
- Assemble, install, test, repair and maintain electrical systems or electronic wiring.
- Assemble, install and maintain pipe assemblies, fittings and valves.
- Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.
- Follow Marriott safety, security and maintenance procedures and report hazards or equipment issues.
