Job description
JOB OVERVIEW
WSP is hiring a Planning Manager in Riyadh to lead planning, scheduling and programme coordination during the pre-contract phase of major projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage programme schedules and planning deliverables.
- Coordinate planning workshops and schedule reviews with clients and project teams.
- Support tender, procurement and pre-contract planning activities.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and executive-level programme reporting.
- Communicate programme status, risks and milestones to stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline; Master’s advantageous.
- Minimum 15+ years in planning and project controls.
- Advanced Primavera P6 and strong Power BI/data-visualisation skills.
- PMC/client-side major-programme experience.
- PMP, PSP, AACE or PMI-SP certification is desirable.
