Job details

Chedi Hospitality is recruiting a Receiving Officer in Doha to control incoming hotel deliveries and maintain accurate receiving documentation.

Receive and inspect goods against purchase orders, delivery notes and specifications.
Check quantity, quality, condition and expiry dates before acceptance.
Prepare Goods Received Notes and maintain complete records.
Report shortages, damage, incorrect items or quality issues to Purchasing.
Coordinate deliveries with departments and support inventory control.

Previous Receiving Officer experience, preferably in a five-star hotel or hospitality environment.
Knowledge of hotel receiving/purchasing procedures and inventory documentation.
BirchStreet knowledge is preferred.
Good English, Microsoft Office, communication and coordination skills.
