JOB OVERVIEW
Nesma United Industries is hiring a Secretary in Al Khobar to support the Quality & Safety Department with administration, scheduling, document control, reporting and coordination.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage meetings, appointments, correspondence and schedules.
- Maintain Quality & Safety records, registers, trackers and controlled documents.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, dashboards and recurring reports.
- Support audits, training records and coordination with HSE, HR, Operations and site teams.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant administrative or document-control experience.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint capability.
