AI Evaluation Project Intern (Corporate Service System) - 2026 Start

JOB OVERVIEW

ByteDance is hiring an AI Evaluation Project Intern in Dubai to help design and run practical evaluation benchmarks for AI agents used in enterprise-service workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own a defined portion of an AI evaluation benchmark from research through reporting.
• Study real user needs through interviews, literature review and usage-data analysis.
• Design evaluation queries, scoring rubrics and difficulty levels for agent tasks.
• Run models against benchmarks, score outputs and identify recurring failure patterns.
• Automate repeatable evaluation workflows as models and internal systems evolve.
• Prototype AI solutions for manual workplace processes and support new AI product capabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, AI, Information Management or a related technical discipline; strong hands-on AI experience from other backgrounds may also qualify.
• Able to start promptly and work on-site in Dubai full time or part time, ideally 2–3 days per week.
• Strong logical thinking, communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Genuine interest in LLMs, AI agents and AI product development.
• AI product/evaluation project experience is preferred.
