Reservation Agent - Saudi Only

JOB OVERVIEW

Accor is recruiting a Saudi-national Reservation Agent in Medina to manage bookings, guest requests, reservation changes and customer communication in a hotel environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process reservations, modifications, cancellations and special requests.
• Maintain current room, rate, package and promotion knowledge.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and support service recovery.
• Manage high call volumes and multiple reservation tasks accurately.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent English communication and professional telephone etiquette.
• Property Management System experience such as Opera preferred.
• Strong organization, problem-solving and customer-service capability.
• Flexible availability for shifts, weekends and holidays; additional languages are advantageous.
