JOB OVERVIEW

Alturki Holding is recruiting an Estimation Engineer for Musanadah in Al Khobar to prepare accurate and competitive Facilities Management project estimates and tender pricing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Review project scopes, specifications and tender requirements.
Perform quantity take-offs and detailed cost breakdowns.
Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Coordinate with operations, technical, procurement and finance teams on estimate assumptions and risk.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
Minimum 4 years of estimation or quantity-surveying experience.
Facilities Management experience preferred.
Strong analytical skills plus estimation-tool and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
