Senior Contracts Specialist

JOB OVERVIEW

Dubai Department of Finance is hiring a Senior Contracts Specialist to support procurement and contract governance, supplier performance and compliance with Dubai Government requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support procurement and contracting strategic goals, plans and operational priorities.
• Develop and review procurement and contract policies and procedures in line with applicable Dubai Government requirements.
• Plan and monitor procurement and contract-related budget activities.
• Review supplier and contract performance against agreed terms and service expectations.
• Support contract compliance, documentation and governance throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Advise internal stakeholders on procurement and contracting processes.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources or a related discipline.
• 9 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 6 years with a Master’s degree, as stated in the vacancy.
• Professional procurement qualifications or government-procurement credentials are advantageous.
