JOB OVERVIEW
Marriott International is recruiting for the Demi Chef de Partie - Cold Kitchen position at Sheraton Bahrain Hotel in Manama, Bahrain.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare ingredients, cold-food items and menu components according to standards
- Operate kitchen equipment and monitor food quality and presentation
- Maintain station setup, storage and production requirements
- Follow food-safety, sanitation and professional-service standards
