Engineer, Civil Maintenance

JOB OVERVIEW

ADNOC Group is recruiting a Civil Maintenance Engineer in Abu Dhabi to coordinate civil and building maintenance, structural alterations and maintenance contracts across ADNOC-owned properties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical oversight for civil maintenance across office buildings, VIP accommodation and other properties.
• Monitor service-provider performance against SLAs, KPIs, specifications and approved methods.
• Ensure repair and maintenance works are completed safely, efficiently and to professional standards.
• Guide civil supervisors on technical matters and support maintenance planning.
• Review monthly progress reports, payment certificates and work scopes.
• Prepare technical specifications, feasibility reports, engineering drawings and cost estimates for modifications and maintenance works.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in design, construction and maintenance of multi-storey buildings in a large organization.
• Experience in inventory control and budgeting.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards, safety precautions, blueprints and specifications.
• PMP or CFM certification is preferred.
