Accountant Financial Planning And Analysis

JOB OVERVIEW

ADNOC Drilling is hiring an Accountant – Financial Planning and Analysis in Abu Dhabi to maintain accurate accounting records, support financial reporting and ensure transactions are processed in line with approved finance policies and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare accounting records and periodic financial statements.
• Maintain ledgers and verify data for completeness and accuracy before processing.
• Assign correct accounting codes and cost centres to transactions.
• Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Validate supplier invoices against contractual terms and prepare payment documentation.
• Prepare cash-flow projections to support liquidity planning.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting controls, reconciliations and financial-record accuracy.
