JOB OVERVIEW

Islamic Development Bank is offering a six-month Human Resource Management Learning & Development internship at its headquarters in Jeddah, providing practical exposure to training coordination, implementation and reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate internal and external training programs.
• Manage participant registrations, nominations and attendance records.
• Prepare training communications, materials, schedules and logistics.
• Update learning records and support reports and evaluations.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate student with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organization, communication, coordination and time-management skills.
• Fluent English and proficient Arabic.
