JOB OVERVIEW
Rawaj-HCM is recruiting a Financial Operations Director in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This position supports financial planning, reporting, analysis and control activities, helping the business maintain accurate financial information and make well-informed commercial decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, review and analyze financial information relevant to the role.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting.
- Maintain accurate records, controls and reconciliations in line with internal requirements.
- Work with business stakeholders to explain financial performance and support decisions.
- Contribute to process improvement, compliance and timely financial deliverables.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant professional experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis or a closely related area.
- Strong numerical, analytical and reporting capability.
- Good attention to detail, control awareness and ability to work with financial data.
- Effective communication and stakeholder-management skills.
