JOB OVERVIEW

Emirates Flight Catering is hiring a Hostess in Dubai to welcome guests and support smooth food-and-beverage service by coordinating seating, guest information and communication with the service and culinary teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome guests warmly and manage seating or arrival flow professionally.
• Explain buffet, dining and food-and-beverage offerings accurately.
• Coordinate with servers, chefs and managers to maintain smooth guest service.
• Observe guest satisfaction and respond promptly to routine requests.
• Escalate feedback or service concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain a polished and guest-focused presence throughout the service period.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Professional presentation and ability to work effectively with food-and-beverage teams.
• Ability to handle guest enquiries courteously in a busy hospitality environment.
