Senior Analyst – Digital Platforms (Project Management)

JOB OVERVIEW

Gulf Air Group is recruiting a Senior Analyst – Digital Platforms (Project Management) for its Information Technology division at its Bahrain headquarters. The role manages and supports digital-platform services and solutions across the end-to-end project lifecycle, combining project management, analysis, testing and cross-functional coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead project planning sessions and define scope, deliverables, timelines and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules for digital-platform initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital-platform projects and support platform deployment and operations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize platform performance and functionality.
• Conduct application and feature testing to support high-quality delivery.
• Gather, document, analyze and prioritize business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, UX/UI teams, vendors and third parties to improve platform capabilities.
• Oversee maintenance and upgrades for websites and applications.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in a related field.
• Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum Master is an advantage.
