JOB OVERVIEW
talabat is hiring an Associate Commercial in Manama to support commercial growth for tMart, its quick-commerce grocery operation. The role works across commercial priorities, store performance and partner coordination to support growth and execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support commercial initiatives designed to improve store growth and performance.
- Analyze commercial results, assortment priorities and operational opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on execution of growth initiatives.
- Support preparation of reports, business updates and commercial follow-up.
- Contribute to improving customer value, commercial efficiency and marketplace performance.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant experience or strong capability in commercial, retail, e-commerce or business analysis.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with confidence working with performance data.
- Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder-management ability.
- Organized approach to priorities, follow-up and execution in a fast-paced environment.
