Director of Talent Development

JOB OVERVIEW

Rosewood AMAALA is hiring a Director of Talent Development to lead learning, performance and service-culture strategy for the resort.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and continuously improve learning and development programs.
• Build leadership capability and performance-coaching practices.
• Support pre-opening readiness, brand immersion and service-standard training.
• Promote Rosewood values and luxury-service behaviours.
• Support engagement and recognition initiatives through development programs.
• Maintain appropriate confidentiality over development and performance records.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• 8–10 years of progressive Talent Development or Talent & Culture experience in luxury hospitality.
• 3–5 years in a leadership role overseeing learning and development.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Hospitality, Business Administration, Education or related field.
• Forbes Five-Star training experience; pre-opening/ultra-luxury experience highly preferred.
