JOB OVERVIEW

ByteDance is hiring an Enterprise Services AI Agent Engineer Project Intern in Dubai to support backend and agent-runtime development for AI-powered global enterprise services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Contribute to backend services and agent runtime components with focus on quality and stability.
Integrate enterprise systems with agents through tools and interfaces such as MCP, CLI and A2A.
Participate in code reviews and follow team engineering standards.
Produce clear technical documentation and knowledge-base content.
Support AI-driven feature development, evaluation and validation.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Currently pursuing undergraduate study in Computer Science, AI, Information Management or a related technical discipline.
Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms and computer systems.
Proficiency in Golang, Java or Python.
Hands-on experience with distributed systems and microservice architecture.
Familiarity with AI-agent patterns; agent frameworks, prompt engineering or evaluation experience is preferred.
