Human Resources Coordinator

JOB OVERVIEW

Korek Telecom is recruiting a Human Resources Coordinator in Erbil to oversee daily HR operations and support recruitment, employee relations, performance management and HR-process improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate day-to-day HR operations and end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Support performance management, employee relations and manager guidance.
• Maintain HR records and reporting systems and improve policies, procedures and SOPs.
• Coordinate learning and development and monitor attendance, leave and disciplinary processes.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and labor laws.
• English and Kurdish language skills.
