Engineer, Well Completions

JOB OVERVIEW

ADNOC Group is hiring a Well Completions Engineer in Abu Dhabi to design and optimize well drilling, completion and workover programmes, with a focus on well integrity and high-pressure/high-temperature operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design well trajectories, well profiles, drill strings and bottom-hole assemblies.
• Prepare casing, cementing, drilling-fluid and directional-drilling programmes.
• Develop well evaluation, completion and workover procedures and equipment/material specifications.
• Conduct technical reviews and verification of completion designs and abandonment programmes.
• Prepare drilling-phase cost estimates and AFEs.
• Support staff supervision, technical development, budget input, performance reporting and HSE compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• BSc Engineering degree in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in well integrity assurance, well-completion design and stimulation operations for high-pressure, high-temperature wells.
