Assistant Manager - Front Office

JOB OVERVIEW

Andaz Dubai The Palm is recruiting an Assistant Manager - Front Office to support daily Front Desk operations, lead guest-service delivery and help develop a high-performing front-office team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support day-to-day Front Office operations.
• Deliver personalized guest experiences and resolve concerns professionally.
• Lead, coach and motivate Front Office team members.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain Hyatt and Andaz service and brand standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager, Team Leader or Supervisor in Front Office or Guest Relations within an upscale or luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication and guest-service skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational ability.
• Opera Cloud/PMS experience is advantageous.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Russian, German, French or Spanish language skills are preferred by the employer.
