JOB OVERVIEW
Marriott International is recruiting for the Asst Director of Sales position at Sheraton Sharjah Beach Resort & Spa in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support segmented sales strategy and revenue goals
- Build long-term customer relationships and achieve booking goals
- Help develop and implement sales plans, solicitation programs and promotions
- Participate in sales calls, support booked business and analyze market and revenue information
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Education: 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; OR 4-year bachelor degree in the same or related fields.
- Related experience: 3 years sales/marketing experience with relevant 2-year degree; OR 1 year with relevant 4-year bachelor degree.
