Customer Service Executive (Supply Chain & CMO Operations)

JOB OVERVIEW

Adecco is recruiting a Customer Service Executive in Dubai for a 24-month assignment focused on supply-chain and contract-manufacturing operations. The role coordinates external manufacturing, inventory, logistics and customer-supply processes in a regulated environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate end-to-end contract manufacturing and external-manufacturing activities.
• Support supply planning from semi-finished goods through finished-goods availability.
• Coordinate cross-border shipments, third-party logistics and warehousing activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and help maintain product availability and service performance.
• Track freight costs, purchase orders, vendor activities and relevant budget/P&L inputs.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, commercial and external partners to resolve supply issues.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• 5–7 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, customer supply chain or planning.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, FMCG, healthcare or another regulated environment.
• Exposure to contract manufacturing or external manufacturing.
• Experience with cross-border logistics and 3PL providers.
• Strong English communication; Arabic is a strong advantage.
