Store Manager

JOB OVERVIEW

Apparel Group is recruiting a Store Manager in Doha, Qatar. This leadership position is responsible for coordinating priorities, people and performance within its area of responsibility, with a focus on delivery, governance, stakeholder alignment and continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead priorities and performance within the assigned function or business area.
• Coordinate teams, resources and stakeholders to deliver agreed objectives.
• Monitor performance, risks and operational issues and drive timely action.
• Maintain strong governance, communication and management reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency and organizational performance.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant leadership or management experience in a comparable functional or operational environment.
• Strong decision-making, communication and stakeholder-management capability.
• Ability to prioritize, lead through complexity and manage performance.
• Commercial, operational or strategic awareness appropriate to the role.
