JOB OVERVIEW
Salasa Group is hiring an FP&A Senior Manager in Riyadh to lead group budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial analysis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own rolling forecasts, long-range plans and base/upside/downside scenarios.
- Lead monthly management reporting across P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital, OPEX, CAPEX and operational KPIs.
- Provide detailed variance and profitability analysis.
- Coordinate group consolidation, financial statements and external audit support.
- Maintain liquidity and working-capital visibility.
- Drive FP&A automation using ERP systems, Excel and Power BI.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting.
- ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent strongly preferred.
- At least 3 years with a Big Four firm is mandatory.
- Typically 7–10 years of progressive finance experience.
- Strong IFRS, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting and management-reporting capability.
- Fluency in English.
