F&B Culinary Opportunities

JOB OVERVIEW

Jumeirah is recruiting culinary professionals in Dubai across Commis, Demi Chef de Partie and Chef de Partie levels. The opportunities focus on consistent food preparation, hygiene and luxury-hotel kitchen standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and present dishes according to recipes, quality standards and service requirements.
• Maintain strong food-safety, personal-hygiene and kitchen-sanitation practices.
• Support daily kitchen mise en place, production and service activities.
• Handle ingredients correctly and follow storage, rotation and waste-control procedures.
• Work closely with chefs and colleagues to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
• Contribute to consistent presentation and guest satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• 1–2 years of experience in the same or a related culinary role in a five-star luxury hotel.
• Strong teamwork and kitchen-discipline skills.
• Practical understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements.
• HACCP knowledge or certification is an advantage.
