Job description
JOB OVERVIEW
AWS is hiring an Executive Assistant in Riyadh to provide dedicated support to the KSA Managing Director.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a complex executive calendar across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate travel, expenses, key deliverables and team activities.
- Organise staff meetings, global meetings, off-sites and engagement events.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and improve team processes.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Experience in fast-paced environments and process improvement is preferred.
- Saudi national requirement applies.
