Sous Chef

JOB OVERVIEW

InterContinental Fujairah Resort is recruiting a Sous Chef to support kitchen leadership, food-quality standards, team performance and smooth culinary operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support daily kitchen operations and food-production planning.
• Maintain food quality, hygiene and presentation standards.
• Supervise and coach culinary colleagues during service.
• Coordinate production, stock use and kitchen readiness across shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Professional culinary experience at supervisory or sous-chef level.
• Strong food-safety, quality-control and kitchen-operations knowledge.
• Ability to lead multicultural kitchen teams under service pressure.
• Luxury-hotel or high-volume hospitality experience is advantageous.
