JOB OVERVIEW
Raffles The Palm Dubai is recruiting a Raffles Club Supervisor to oversee daily Club Lounge operations, supervise colleagues and deliver personalized service to VIP guests.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise Club Lounge employees and daily service operations.
- Meet and greet guests and maintain personalized VIP service.
- Coordinate food selections with the kitchen for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and cocktail hours.
- Handle guest requests and complaints and follow through on corrective action.
- Control lounge costs, inventory and amenity requisitions.
- Prepare staffing schedules and deliver team training.
- Monitor health and safety compliance, guest feedback and service quality.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Post-secondary education or a diploma in Tourism or Hotel Management.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant customer-service or guest-relations experience.
- Good knowledge of Front Office and Food & Beverage operations.
- Strong communication, guest-engagement and multicultural-teamwork skills.
- High integrity, enthusiasm and commitment to continuous improvement.
