Lounge Manager

JOB OVERVIEW

Plaza Premium Group is hiring a Lounge Manager in Dubai to take overall responsibility for daily airport-lounge operations, team performance, service quality, regulatory compliance and commercial results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead daily lounge operations in line with brand, aviation, safety and security requirements.
• Train, equip and support team members to deliver consistent service.
• Plan operational resources and manage costs and profitability.
• Monitor guest feedback and improve lounge products and services.
• Evaluate performance and implement corrective and continuous-improvement actions.
• Identify partnership, co-marketing and public-relations opportunities.
• Maintain quality-management systems and regulatory compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Food & Beverage, hospitality, airport lounges or a related environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and operational-management skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with commercial awareness.
• Ability to work under pressure and on shifts.
• Good spoken and written English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
