JOB OVERVIEW

Etihad Airways is recruiting UAE Nationals for a full-time Sales Officer role within its Revenue & Commercial Division in Abu Dhabi. The opportunity is designed for fresh graduates and early-career professionals and includes a future international assignment, with relocation support provided when the destination is confirmed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Sales, Business Development, Revenue Management and wider Commercial teams.
• Contribute to sales initiatives, market analysis, customer engagement and commercial projects.
• Analyse sales performance, market trends and customer insights to support data-driven decisions.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work across teams on commercial priorities.
• Complete an international assignment and gain experience working in another market.
• Take ownership of professional development and demonstrate curiosity, adaptability and leadership potential.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• UAE National and Family Book holder.
• Fresh graduate or professional with up to three years of experience.
• University graduate in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate internationally.
• Strong motivation to learn and build a long-term career in Commercial.
