Restaurant Hostess

JOB OVERVIEW

InterContinental Fujairah Resort is hiring a Restaurant Hostess to manage guest welcomes, reservations, table coordination and front-of-house communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome guests and coordinate seating and reservations.
• Manage calls, emails and guest inquiries professionally.
• Maintain menus, promotional materials, buffet tags and restaurant information.
• Gather guest feedback and coordinate closely with restaurant and F&B teams.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1–2 years of hotel experience in a similar position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, reservations and table management.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
