Head of Empowerment

JOB OVERVIEW

Dubai Careers is recruiting a Head of Empowerment in Dubai to lead the strategic and operational priorities of the empowerment function, coordinate key stakeholders and strengthen delivery across the assigned portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the direction, priorities and performance of the empowerment function.
• Translate strategic objectives into practical plans, initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support effective delivery.
• Monitor performance, risks, governance requirements and implementation progress.
• Lead continuous improvement and maintain high professional service standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Senior-level experience in leadership, program delivery, strategy or a related function.
• Strong stakeholder-management, communication and decision-making capability.
• Ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities and drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong governance, planning and performance-management skills.
