Human Resources Manager

JOB OVERVIEW

Park Hyatt Dubai is recruiting a Human Resources Manager to act as a strategic HR partner to hotel leadership and lead core people operations across recruitment, employee relations, learning, workforce planning and HR systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with hotel leadership on people strategy and organizational priorities.
• Lead the HR team and oversee day-to-day HR operations.
• Manage HR budgets, policies and compliance with UAE Labour Law.
• Lead recruitment and workforce-planning activities.
• Support learning, succession planning, employee relations and performance management.
• Oversee payroll processes, benefits administration and HR systems and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Hospitality or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in luxury or international hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
• Experience across recruitment, employee relations, performance, succession planning and HR operations.
• Strong workforce-planning, payroll, budgeting, benefits, HR systems and reporting capability.
