AI Agent Engineering Project Intern (Corporate Service System - Procurement) - 2026 Start

JOB OVERVIEW

ByteDance is recruiting an AI Agent Engineering Project Intern in Dubai to help build procurement agents and the supporting AI-native system infrastructure behind them.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support feature design, implementation and validation for procurement agents and the system AI harness.
• Develop services, business logic and data flows for AI-native procurement workflows.
• Experiment with agent planning, tool use, memory and multi-step reasoning.
• Build prototypes and test emerging AI techniques against practical procurement problems.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers to deliver complete solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, Electronic/Information Engineering, Mathematics or related technical study.
• Available for a continuous internship, ideally 3 months or more, at least 3 days per week.
• Foundation in data structures, algorithms and software-engineering fundamentals.
• Proficiency in at least one of Golang, Java or Python.
• AI/ML/LLM coursework, projects, RAG, prompt engineering or agent-framework exposure is advantageous.
