Welcomer Supervisor (Front Office)

JOB OVERVIEW

Accor is recruiting a Welcomer Supervisor (Front Office) in Doha, Qatar. The role leads daily front-office operations and supports a seamless guest experience across check-in, check-out, reservations and guest-service activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and optimize daily front-office operations, including check-in and check-out.
• Lead, motivate and develop the front-desk team while maintaining brand and service standards.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns and special requests professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to support guest satisfaction.
• Manage room inventory and reservations to support occupancy and operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Front-office supervisory or leadership experience, or equivalent experience demonstrating readiness to lead.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and develop team members.
• Proficiency with Opera PMS, or the ability to learn the property-management system quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to exceptional guest experiences and collaborative teamwork.
