Technical Lead - MERN Stack

JOB OVERVIEW

Xebia is recruiting a Technical Lead - MERN Stack in Abu Dhabi to lead the design and delivery of scalable web applications and guide engineering teams on architecture, quality and delivery standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable MERN-stack applications.
• Define architecture, coding standards and engineering practices.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers across the delivery team.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Coordinate delivery with product, QA and DevOps stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive continuous technical improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• 8+ years of relevant software-development experience.
• Strong Node.js, React.js and JavaScript expertise.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong CI/CD and modern software-delivery knowledge.
• Proven technical-leadership and mentoring capability.
