Dubai - Voyage Program September 2026 - Room Operations

JOB OVERVIEW

Marriott International is recruiting recent graduates in Dubai for its paid Voyage Global Leadership Development Program in Room Operations. The 12-month program combines operational rotations, mentoring and leadership development inside a Marriott-managed hotel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete hands-on rotations across room-operations and related hotel functions.
• Build customer relationships and support daily hotel operations.
• Participate in management meetings and leadership-development activities.
• Take ownership of special projects and process-improvement initiatives.
• Present ideas and contribute to operational innovation.
• Work with coaches, senior leaders and other Voyage participants throughout the program.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education is required; culinary applicants may qualify with an associate degree.
• Graduated from university or hotel school within the past 24 months, or currently enrolled with expected graduation between December 2026 and August 2027.
• Strong critical-thinking, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Self-starter with clear interest in personal and professional development.
• Must have work authorization in the UAE.
