JOB OVERVIEW
Provide technical leadership for mineral-processing performance and optimization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead production-simulation refinement
- define ROM specifications/quality limits
- lead optimization and risk assessment
- support start-up/ramp-up and process-variable review.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Senior mineral-processing technical leadership experience
- strong process optimization and cross-functional collaboration capability.
