JOB OVERVIEW

DXC Technology is recruiting an Automation Test Engineer in Dubai to validate AI-powered customer-support and troubleshooting solutions, including chatbots and RAG systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop automated tests for chatbots, RAG systems and troubleshooting workflows.
Validate AI response quality, relevance and regression behavior.
Build automated API and integration tests for backend systems.
Conduct performance, load, guardrail and prompt-injection testing.
Integrate automated tests into Azure DevOps pipelines and track quality metrics.
Work closely with developers, AI engineers and product teams on defects and reliability improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

4+ years of QA Automation or SDET experience.
At least 1 year testing AI, chatbots, LLMs or agentic AI solutions.
Strong Python, TypeScript or C# skills.
Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, Postman and WireMock.
Azure DevOps and CI/CD experience.
Knowledge of RAG, semantic search and vector databases.
